At STEPAVEN, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Eligibility for Size Exchange

We accept size exchange on most unworn footwear items within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items that show visible wear or damage, or are returned outside the return window, may not be eligible for a rexchange.

• Customized or personalized products
